1. Call to Order & Welcome (Katie McCourt, President)  5:33 p.m.

   1. Introduction / Sign-In

2. Approval of March Minutes

3. Treasurer’s Report

   1. Checking: $8,651.79 - $220.50 for Artsonia, $250 for Spring Fling DJ

   2. Savings: $2,697.66

   3. PayPal: $0

   4. Total: $11,349.45 - $470.50 TBP

   5. $100 for 8th grade cooking class paid

   6. Teacher gifts paid

4. Principal/Teacher Updates/Voting

   1. Requests/Upcoming Projects

      1. Walking Club $125 – approved

      2. Math team trip to UMaine $207, 16 students 2 adults – approved

      3. PK-4 blow up whale, $625 + 75 cents per mile ($87) – vote at a later date

      4. Teacher wishlists on Amazon

   1. Hannaford Gift Cards - response?

      1. Reached out to Windswept Gardens re: flower donations

      2. Tablecloths, plates, napkins from dollar store

      3. Photo booth donated with props

      4. Time changed to 5:30-7:30 p.m.

      5. Recommended donation $5 pp, $20/family

      6. Song requests

      7. Sign up genius for desserts and set up

      8. Flyer will be updated and sent out on Facebook

   5. Scratch Off Raffle - May/June?

      1. Will continue to keep on our radar

   6. Field Day/Color Run - Sponsors!

      3. Katie will go back to sponsors from last year + new businesses
