1. Call to Order & Welcome (Katie McCourt, President) 5:32 p.m.

   4. Total Funds Available: $17,355.49

   5. Reimbursements/Recent Deposits

      1. Sound System paid $1,102.99

5. Requests/Upcoming Projects

   1. Spring Fling/End of Year Event

      1. Peakes Hill Lodge

      2. Sat. May 2 or May 16 available

         1. Decided on the 2nd

      3. Deposit of $200 needed to secure the space

         1. Jennifer will reach out to confirm date and remaining costs

         2. Lindsey will deliver $200 check

      4. Ticket price discussion

         1. Move to suggested donation?

         2. Need to keep in mind max capacity

         3. Create means to RSVP

6. Principal/Teacher Updates/Voting

   1. Tim Pearson: $300 for 8th grade ice fishing trip

      2. Open to students in grades 1-5

      3. Sarasvati created flyer which will be distributed asap

      4. PTF will sponsor – supervise, provide snacks, TBD financial support

      5. Details to come when we find out how many students are registered
