1. Call to order: 6:01pm

2. Approval of February minutes. Motion: Jody 2nd: Stephanie Unanimous

3. Treasurer's report given by Jody

Checking balance: $17365.33

Scrip balance: $2190.31

4: Next few months:

March: Spring apparel sale now through March 20. Will send home flyer and email.

April: Appeal letter- Jerry will work on this.

May 2-6: Teacher Appreciation Week- going forward with chosen gift. Motion: Jody 2nd: Stephanie Unanimous

May 7: Color Run- Bandanas and supplies to be purchased. Motion: Stephanie 2nd: Jody Unanimous

June: End of school year

July: No meeting

5. Gym commemorative scoreboard: Looking into an electrician and plaque.

6. Order color run supplies/Quote from Wight's: See above

7. Teacher Appreciation order- Stephanie

8. Request for funds: None

9. Old/New business: Continue virtual meetings. Jody will send out Google Meet invites. Motion made to amend 8th grade ice fishing trip amount. $26 above budget. Motion: Jerry 2nd: Tim Unanimous
