In attendance:

1. Call to order: 6:01pm

2. Approval of November minutes: Motion by Jody, Deb 2nd, Unanimous

3. Treasurer's Report given by Jody.

Checking balance: $16,743.45

Scrip balance: $2,199.13

4. Next few months:

Dec: Book fair- going well

Jan: Color Run planning. Jerry will start reaching out to sponsors after first of year.

Feb: Send out appeal letter to be shared with families.

May: Teacher Appreciation week- gift ideas; Color Run.

5. Keep on the radar: '22 Demon Open, Classroom parents, Snack Shack, Spring Apparel sale (discussion regarding design ideas)

6. Requests for funds:

Vote for funds for video streaming equipment. Motion by Deb. 2nd by Jody. Unanimous.

Request for $3630.41 for outdoor tables (commemorative space). Motion by Jerry, 2nd by Jody, Opposed-Unanimous. Discussion held, looking into other options.

Popcorn machine- $600.00 Motion by Jody. 2nd by Jerry. Unanimous.

Cookies and cocoa for Polar Express: Jerry will reach out to G&M and DD. Jody will post a sign up genius.

K & 7 hats: $70.00 Motion by Jerry. 2nd by Jody. Unanimous.

Request from Julia Kearns- wait for next meeting

Jody's idea- will reach out to DD regarding donation

Mr. Pearson: up to $300.00 for ice fishing trip. Motion by Deb. 2nd by Jerry. Unanimous.
