1. Call to Order & Welcome (Katie McCourt, President) 5:30 p.m.

3. Treasurer’s Report

   2. Savings: $2,697.33

   4. Total Funds Available: $16,348.75

   5. Approved Expense: $300 for the 8th grade ice fishing trip

   6. Box Tops: $41.30

   7. Stompers: $171.85

4. Principal/Teacher Updates/Voting

   1. Requests/Upcoming Projects

      1. Mr. Pearson: $1,040 for 4th grade swimming lessons - approved

      2. Mrs. Robinson: $250 for olympic unit - approved

   1. Bottle Drive – Jerry’s haul! 

      1. Truckload of bottles from Finelli’s added to school Stompers pick up

      2. Send thank you/certificate and add to digital board 

   2. Spring Fling, May 2nd – Jennifer Soucek is checking off boxes!

      1. Discussion of bylaws currently allowing anyone in the community to vote

      2. Jerry will work on amending the language and will send to officers to review

   3. Math Olympiad – 10 signed up

      1. More to come. Plan to provide snacks.

   4. Flowers For 8th Grade Graduation

      1. Would like to give flowers to a parent

         1. Buy at Sam’s Club and separate? 

      2. Discussion of ways to cut down the cost of boutonnieres and corsages will continue

      1. Katie and Jerry will look at pricing a couple of options
