MINUTES FOR DECEMBER 12th PTF MEETING

• Called to order at 5:32

• Scholastic fair building scheduled, book fair 3000 of book, 1000 net

• Polar express

  • Bus scheduled

  • Tim person as conductor scheduled

  • Friday setup 3:30pm

  • Bus leaves 4 pm Saturday

    • Drop off 4:30

    • Building access 3:45 for last minute decorations

  • Dunks will donate cocoa

  • Napkins and cups should be in closet
