OVERALL UNIT REFLECTION
Learning about measures of tendency such as the mean, median, range, and mode was quite fun because they are easier to understand compared to other elements I've learnt. The measures of tendency helped me understand the specifics of a group of numbers, such as the average, the middle value, the "center" of the data, the extent or spread, and the most frequently occurring value. Table and tally charts are also very simple to read and utilize, especially when we have a large number of categories to filter. The stem-and-leaf plot demonstrated a novel way to organize data while maintaining its usefulness. The box and whiskers plot is a method of displaying measures of tendency information on a clean, easy-to-read graph. Finally, standard deviation and variance have helped me grasp the distribution of data around the mean. In conclusion, this unit taught me a lot of essential knowledge. As i grow up, I get to undersatnd more about statistics in math, therefore I get to use it in my future academic years and furthermore use it within my essential knowledge - in reality where I use it in a set of data or even when I am an adult. This Unit teached me a lot, and I hope i get to use it efficiantly within my future years.
