Final Goal Reflection

As I continue my journey in ELA, I recognize both my achievements and areas that still require improvement. Maintaining a GPA above 90% has been a significant accomplishment, and while I haven't achieved perfect scores on every essay, my writing skills have shown considerable growth. To further refine my work, I will focus on closely analyzing feedback and identifying specific areas where points are lost. This will help me improve not only my grammar and structure but also the depth of my analysis.

My vocabulary and text analysis skills have strengthened through essay writing and reading The Merchant of Venice. However, sentence transformation and stress patterns remain areas where I need improvement. To address this, I plan to practice rewriting sentences in different structures and pay closer attention to native speakers' speech patterns to enhance my understanding of intonation and rhythm.

In terms of motivation and time management, my love for ELA continues to drive me forward. Learning with Mr. Jordan has made studying more enjoyable, which has helped me reduce procrastination. However, I recognize that I can further enhance my efficiency by setting clearer study schedules and breaking larger assignments into smaller, more manageable steps. This will allow me to stay consistent with my progress and avoid last-minute stress.

Moving forward, I aim to implement these strategies while maintaining my enthusiasm for learning. By continually refining my writing, improving sentence structure, and managing my time more effectively, I hope to push myself to an even higher level of success in ELA.
