You can listen to the voice messages for any FRCC phone, from any FRCC Cisco phone:
Press the messages button (Cassette or Letter) on any FRCC Cisco Phone
Enter the PIN: specific to each line
Select 1 (to hear the messages)
Once you heard the message, you can press 7 to delete
If you want to hear the phone number connected to the message you can select 9
Press *
Enter ID (7 digit extension): 204XXXX# (or whatever the extension is)
Enter PIN: specific to each line

Call in for both lines using 9702048328
When the auto-voice comes on, select * and enter in the line to retrieve – (ID) 2048190 or 2048328
Use normal pins (see above)
For ACD/(8190) have to push 2 to get into voicemail
