What this Team Does:
The Institutional Events team supports community events and room reservations for external groups using campus spaces. This includes events such as voter registration and requests from outside organizations to sell products on campus.
The team also supports room reservations and events for FRCC academic departments, faculty, and staff. This includes events such as pinning ceremonies, trainings, meetings, and other department events.
Who to Contact:
Who to Contact:
There are Campus Event Specialists on each campus who can answer questions about an event, event space, or how to direct a visitor. Their contact information can also be shared with visitors who are interested in using FRCC spaces for an event. The Event Coordinator handles event scheduling for all three campuses. If a community member or organization is interested in renting an FRCC space, direct them to the Event Coordinator.
