Adding students to drop-in queues with no S# in Navigate. This happens for students that have not yet been admitted or were very recently admitted to FRCC.
If we see a student with no S# in Navigate, we will not be able to add them directly to the drop-in queue. Rather, we will need to use a placeholder account to get them in the queue.
1) Instead of entering an S number in the appointment center, enter one of the placeholder accounts listed below.
2) When scheduling an appointment, be sure to add the student's name and S# at the beginning of the appointment comment.
