For perspective students needing to connect with Admissions, we will send a message in the ARO and Wolf Central Chat.
ARO will monitor this chat from 9 AM - 4 PM. We will still add new perspective students to the chat outside of these hours. If the contact is sent before 9, ARO will contact the individual later that day. If it is after 4 PM, ARO will contact them the next business day after 9 AM.
The message in the chat should include the following information:
First and last name of perspective student
Phone number
Program of interest*
Campus of interest*
*Try to make sure that the individuals program of interest and campus of interest align. If the program they want isn't offered at the campus they plan to attend, it is helpful to provide that information to the perspective student.
