If a student is having troubles in the course academically or trouble with the course with the technology, have them reach out to StudentSuccess@cccs.edu.
There is an online orientation that the students can go through to help them with these online courses. This can be found in their D2L platform.
If a student is struggling with things like: registration, late add/drop, financial aid, BIT/threat assessment/mental health, re-enrollment, conduct issues, grade appeals and change procedures, Title IX, D2L access and related issue have then reach out to StudentSuccess@cccs.edu.
If their faculty member isn't responding to questions also have them reach out to StudentSuccess@cccs.edu.
This CO Online Team also sends out communications pertaining to drop/add dates and other general topics to students who are enrolled in these sections.
