Students Needing to Find S#
To find their S# (Student Number), students can log on to their application account and view their S# on the My Account page and scroll down to the My Profile section.

Students will often assume something is an IT relevant issue because what they are experiencing involves a computer/online component. There are systems that the IT department is not the main contact for and will not be able to assist with, so ask questions about the issue and check below before transferring/creating an IT ticket.
First ask the questions for common issues—if you get stuck then refer to the appropriate contacts.
