Logging In
When students first login, they will use their S# and their password is likely a default password of Student and their birthdate (StudentMMDDYYYY) - this information is in their “Next Steps at FRCC” email.
Registration Tools Card
Students will need to look for this card when they are adding, dropping, or withdrawing from a course. If they are a guest student, they will use the Special Circumstance Registration. In order to use the Special Circumstance Registration, students will need to know the CRN of the course for which they are registering. Guest students may not have any holds on their account to use this feature.

This helps established students who have already applied for financial aid and completed FASFA determine their financial aid awards.

Student Grades & Records
Students can use this card to access final grades as they are posted. There is also an option to see their degree check which will help students know what classes there are that are eligible to fulfill their credits. Unofficial transcripts are accessed here, and official transcripts can be ordered through parchment which is linked through this card.
