Students with questions about possible accommodations
Accommodations are always determined on an individualized, case-by-case basis through our new student intake process. Examples of some common accommodations can be found on our DSS accommodations webpage. It is important to note that this list contains just a few examples and is not exhaustive.
Students with questions about how they get accommodations
Ask if they are already registered with DSS (have they completed an intake?)
If yes, they can use this link/QR code to request their accommodations for the semester - https://frontrange.formstack.com/forms/disability_services_request_for_accommodations
If no, they need to schedule a new student intake appointment with DSS (see ‘scheduling appointments’ info above). They can also complete our DSS Pre-Intake Form, and we will contact them to schedule the new student intake appointment.
