On your Recruit homepage, use the search function (magnifying glass in the top right of the screen) to pull up the student record that you are looking for.
You can search by S#, first and last name, email address on the application, etc.
After you click search, click the student’s “Person” record.
With the “Person” record open, go to the “Recruitment Opportunities” section.
Click on the supplemental admissions application you are wanting to view.
After the opportunity is pulled up, click on the “Application” number that is in the top left of the screen.
NOTE: Do not click the “Application Folder” number in the middle of the screen under “Recruitment Information” (Pink “X” in the picture below). That will take you to an area that will not have the supplemental items viewable. Click on the “Application” section highlighted below in yellow!
Once in the application, the supplemental documentation is displayed under the “Supplemental Items” section of the screen.
You will be able to view the following:
Name – the actual supplemental documentation requested.
Is Required – if the documentation is required or optional. (all current supplemental application documentation is required at this time. We do not have optional requirements currently)
Submission Status – whether the documentation has been submitted or not.
Submission Date – if the documentation has been submitted, the date in which the student attached it to their application.

If you wish to view what the specific supplemental documentation requirement is, you can click on the documentation name under the “Name” section.
From the supplemental documentation screen, the exact verbiage for the student’s specific requirement is listed under the “Status” section.
Look for the “Web External Description.”
This is the back-end HTML programming created for the requirement, so you will see some HTML here.
If you simply hover your cursor over the text within this section (don’t click), a box will appear to show you the full text requirements.
