There are a variety of reasons that a student would not be eligible to select an option to include:
Student is under the age of 18
Student is admitted but not actually enrolled in classes yet.
Student just enrolled and CCCS has not yet created a profile that would allow Bank Mobile to recognize they are enrolled at FRCC (generally takes 24 hours)
CCCS has created a profile and sent to BM but student does not have a valid phone number listed in SPAIDEN and Bank Mobile will not recognize an incomplete profile.
Student does not have a valid physical address and BM will not acknowledge the file
