About one week after students register for classes, they should receive an email to their CCCS email address from invite@ID123.io with directions on downloading the app and an access code for their account.
Students will need to download the ID123 app (Apple Store or Google Play Store) and log in with their CCCS email. They will also need to include the “Access Code” included in the activation email.
Once their account is activated, students will need to upload or take a selfie through the app with the following directions:
1. Use a Plain Background
2. Face the Camera Directly
3. Good Lighting Only
4. Only One Person in the Photo
5. Recent Photo Only
From there, students should click “Add Card” to submit their photo for review. The Student Life team will review photos every two days; students will be notified through ID123 if their photo is approved or denied, and the app will automatically update their digital ID.
If students would like additional support, they can go to a Student Life office or visit the Wolf Card website (https://www.frontrange.edu/admissions-aid/getting-started/new-student-orientation/student-id.html).
If a student’s photo is denied, they will receive an automated message through the app that includes a reason why their photo was denied. They will have the ability to resubmit a photo through the same process as before. If they have any questions or concerns about why their photo was denied, please contact Student Life (303-404-5314).
No, students are not required to get a digital Wolf Card. They are free for all students, and highly encouraged, but not required.
Yes, students can still get a physical Wolf Card for $10. To get a physical Wolf Card, students can go to the Student Life Office to take their picture and get a card printed. Students will pay for their physical Wolf Card on Store Front or in-person at the Westminster Student Life Office.
To get a digital Wolf Card, students will need to register for classes, have an activation email from ID123, and a smartphone!
Students can use their digital Wolf Card for movie theaters, sit-down fast-food restaurants, and insurance companies are just a few of the places that offer a student discount. Different companies will offer different discounts and may change them depending on students' interest in their products. Additionally, students can use their digital Wolf Card to check into the Fitness Center at Westminster Campus.
Digital Wolf Cards are valid for four years after they are activated.
If students need help with their digital Wolf Card, they can go to any Student Life Office or contact Student Life at 303-404-5081.
