Recruit Password Reset

On the main Recruit page, click the magnifying glass to search by name or S number.

Click on the student application that you are looking for.

Be sure to confirm the individual’s identity by asking for information like date of birth, address, etc. On the applicant’s profile page, scroll down to “Origin Information” and click on their email address.

Here you can set a temporary password for the applicant. This is also where you can unlock an application if needed.
