Recruit Password Reset

On the main Recruit page, click the magnifying glass to search by name or S number.

Click on the student application that you are looking for.

Be sure to confirm the individual’s identity by asking for information like date of birth, address, etc. On the applicant’s profile page, scroll down to “Origin Information” and click on their email address.

If the account is locked, there will be an "Unlock" button that populates under the reset password button. Click "Unlock".
