**ESL is now offered through Continuing Education. Because of this, students do not need to apply to FRCC before registering for the course. They will just need to following the Continuing Education link, register, and pay.
The link below will send you to the page with current ESL offerings at each campus and online. The ESL page also include a placement test to help students determine which level of ESL course they should register for.
