Black olives (optional)
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
1. Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add olive oil and gradually add warm water while mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours or until it doubles in size.
2. Marinate and Cook the Malai Boti:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper, white pepper, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat, add oil, and grill the marinated chicken pieces until fully cooked and slightly charred. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Pizza Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, chili sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Assemble the Pizza:
Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle and place it onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
5. Add Toppings:
Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the cooked malai boti chicken pieces over the cheese.
Add sliced onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and black olives if using.
6. Bake the Pizza:
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Keep an eye on the pizza to prevent burning.
7. Garnish and Serve:
Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
Slice the pizza and serve hot.
