Chocolate Ganache Bento Cake (4-inch)

Ingredients
*Cake:*
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 60ml milk
- 40ml vegetable oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
*Ganache:*
- 100g dark chocolate (60-70%), chopped
- 100ml heavy cream
*Optional:*
- Fresh berries
- Gold flakes
Instructions
1. *Cake:*
- Whisk dry ingredients. Add egg, milk, and oil; mix until smooth.
- Pour into 4-inch round pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 16-18 min. Cool.
2. *Ganache:*
- Heat cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate; let sit 2 min, then stir until smooth.
- Cool until thickened but pourable (10-15 min).
3. *Assemble:*
- Slice cake horizontally into 2 layers.
- Stack with ganache between layers and over top.
- Chill 30 min to set. Garnish if desired.
Tip: For extra shine, warm ganache knife before slicing.
