Strawberry Cream Bento Cake (4-inch)

Ingredients
*Cake:*
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 80g sugar
- 1 egg
- 60ml milk
- 30ml vegetable oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
*Filling:*
- 150ml heavy cream, whipped
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 100g fresh strawberries, sliced
*Decoration:*
- Whole strawberries
- Mint leaves
Instructions
1. *Cake:*
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add egg, milk, oil, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Bake in 4-inch pan at 180°C (350°F) for 18 min. Cool.
2. *Filling:*
- Whip cream with powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
3. *Assemble:*
- Slice cake into 2 layers.
- Layer with cream and strawberries.
- Top with remaining cream and decorate.
- Chill 1 hour before serving.
Tip: Brush cake layers with simple syrup for extra moisture.
