I began my culinary journey in 2015 at the City & Guilds Institute of London, where I earned a Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Patisseries) and a Level 3 Diploma in Food Safety in Catering. These qualifications equipped me with a deep understanding of both the art of cooking and the science behind maintaining high food safety standards.
I have not only worked as a chef but also gained valuable experience as a Food Quality Control Officer, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation. My professional qualifications in the food industry have equipped me with a deep understanding of both the culinary arts and the science behind food safety and quality.
With a career that started in 2015 at the prestigious City & Guilds Institute of London, where I completed diplomas in Food Preparation and Food Safety, my journey has taken me from renowned kitchens in Lahore to the bustling culinary scene in Dubai. My experience ranges from working as a Commis Chef at Four Points by Sheraton to becoming a Quality Control Officer at Bundu Khan Bakery and later joining Somewhere Restaurant at Dubai Mall in the UAE.
