We decided to try a once a month bake day. Fire up Kev the pizza koala oven and cook enough bread for the month plus have pizza, some roast meat, and cook whatever else we can to make the best use of the wood burnt. This is number 1:
And we finished up by leaving some potatoes and sunchokes to cook overnight. mmm All beautiful food!
