They may also know:

Leah Jacobs is a musician who debuted as a singer in the pop band Little Lights, in her late teens. By her mid-twenties, the band had broken up but Leah launched her own solo career which skyrocketed, well beyond the levels of success that the band had experienced. She frequently works with Amina Blakely, who works for her record label.

She has a very close relationship with her father, Branson Jacobs, the drummer of rock band San Avalon. She grew up during the height of his career, which understandably had a huge influence on her.

Never having hidden it, Leah has always been public about her sexuality. Her most publicised relationship though was with fellow musician, country music star Tom Whitlock, to whom she was briefly engaged. Their break-up was more public than either one of them could've wanted — a mutual friend of theirs selling details of the pair to tabloids.

Regency Era

Leah grew up immersed in the world of music. Her father, Branson Jacobs, was a celebrated musician who owned a popular music salon in London. She learned to play the pianoforte and harp under her father’s tutelage. Leah was soon invited to perform at high-society gatherings and balls. In addition to her high-society performances, Leah frequently performs at her father’s music salon, and soon became a performer in a renowned theatre company that specialized in musical performances.

1940s

Leah joins the USO tour during World War II, using her talent to bring entertainment to troops. She feels a deep sense of honor and responsibility to uplift the spirits of those serving far from home. While proud of her role, she also faces the risks and challenges of performing in war zones and unfamiliar locations. With the era's conservative attitudes, Leah keeps her bisexuality private to avoid potential discrimination. However, she incorporates themes of love and inclusivity in her songs. She becomes an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights later in life, inspired by her experiences during the era. Leah faces the challenges of continuous touring and media scrutiny while striving for chart-topping hits.
