VI. Discipline

Research personnel found in violation of the Department SOP, at any point in time, may be subject to disciplinary actions that are listed below.  Reports made against members of Research can be brought to Command or made on the discord.  

Verbal Warnings

• Official rebukes issues for minor infractions or specific conduct that goes against server rules or the SOP.  These warnings do not count as a strike.

Strikes

• Issued to document violations of conduct that shows imprudent behavior that goes against the SOP or server rules.  Three strikes will result in a removal from the Research Department. They may also be appealed through a google form, found here.

Demotions

• Researcher in question is taken down a rank due to their actions and are punished properly. Cooldowns regarding promotions are reset, personnel are required to follow the SOP according to their new rank.
  
  

Removal

• Personnel is deemed unfit for the Research Department, as is subsequently removed. They may be retrained, and must work their way back up.
  
  

Blacklist

Receiving a blacklist results in a temporary or permanent removal from the Research Department. During this period, blacklisted personnel will not be hired back into the Research Division. These blacklists may be appealed here.
