Beware of Cross Reactions
Before you take any medication:
1. Read pharmacy insert (box/bottle) before taking any medications. If you have any questions, please contact your pharmacist and health care provider for answers before taking the medication.
2. Be sure to give your doctor and pharmacist an accurate list of all medications you take, including over the counter medications, supplements and herbs.
3. Certain foods can cause reactions when taken with certain medications. Be sure to check what food related problems are possible before starting any new medication, herb or supplement.
4. The charts and search tools may be useful and provide more details. They may also NOT contain updated information, so please refer to them, but do not depend on them as a true and accurate source.
