John 3:16-17
God LOVES the World
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
Children of God
12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.

Jesus Has Risen
1 When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus’ body. 2 Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb 3 and they asked each other, “Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?”
4 But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. 5 As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.
6 “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. 7 But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.’”
8 Trembling and bewildered, the women went out and fled from the tomb. They said nothing to anyone, because they were afraid.
Christianity is a different religion in the sense that believers believe in a Person who would die and then three days later be resurrected by God...And the Person who was resurrected from His death was His Son, God's Only Son...God is also our Father and we are His children...To be called a child of God is very comforting...And to be one's child, especially a child of God is very personal and special...
Christianity is about a relationship with God both now and forever...If one believes in Jesus then we see that God does LOVE a world of sinners and that God sent His Son to save us, instead of condemning us...So the Christian may say that being a child of God is something that we might be proud of, but God LOVES the humble, so let us say that God LOVES us and we are happy with His LOVE...Let us add that we are very happy with the LOVE of God...
Christianity is a religion that is different and special because of this Person, the Son of God -who is named Jesus...And because He is and was a Person who dwelt on earth with us, Christianity is Personal...So this religion is a very Personal Religion...Christianity, His religion, since it is named for Him, is much too Special to be called just another religion...
