John 15:1-2
Fruit of the Vine
1 “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.
Sometimes the Great Gardener does extreme pruning to us and in our lives...He takes out or cuts out parts (or things) in and of our lives that need pruning and fixing...Often this is done when we are close to a bottom or we are in a sad part of our lives...But by His pruning, and if we follow Him after He does this betterment and righteous cutting in our lives, we will be more fruitful...This makes us better Christians, and closer to His Son and to Him...
