- Create a new task
- Set to Assessed
- Expand the Additional Instructions
- Add the tag 'Other' (Remember to hit enter)
- Choose Task Type of Multiple Choice
- Choose Multiple choice sub type
- Add an acknowledgement statement.
- Create one MCQ option as 'Yes'
- Set this to correct
- Add suitable feedback
