All new courses should have the LDDAdmin@openpolytechnic.ac.nz user added as a Builder to ensure continued access to the course is possible if the original builder account cannot be used.
To give the DX team better visibility of courses, please add dxrequests@openpolytechnic.ac.nz as a Reviewer in for your courses.
The collaborators section allow a builder to give access to other people to work collaboratively on the same course. A collaborator can either be a Builder, who will have editing rights, or a Reviewer, who will only have read access.
To add a collaborator, select + and enter the email of the new collaborator, then select Check.
If it’s a user that already has access to iQualify, you will be given the option to add them as a Reviewer or a Builder if they have builder rights on iQuailfy.
If it’s someone who is new to the iQualify system, you’ll be prompted to add some further details. They’ll be added as a Reviewer by default.
For both settings, the newly added collaborator will be sent an invitation via email automatically.
