The Organise content section provides the structure of the course but does not add content (except quizzes, which are discussed in the Quizzes page).
To add content to your units:
Note that the 'cog' menu items will change for courses that do not have tasks enabled.
This will take you to the page in preview/edit mode, ready for you to add content.
Content in unit pages is built up from a variety of page elements that can be selected from the plus + button.
For this walk-through we will add text, an image and a video. There is a wide variety of elements available. These are discussed in detail in the Page elements section of this guide.
This is a new page, so it will be blank with the page elements menu already open.
This will open up a text editor with many common options along the menu at the top.
Here we’ve simply added some text and selected a heading style. There are many tools available in the text editor. These are covered in detail in the Text page of this guide.
This will take the text out of edit mode. Each page element can be re-edited individually by selecting Edit at the top left.
