Day 1 of Writing in this Old Thing

I got this diary when I was 13 and never truly wrote in it. I just wrote in it so my parents wouldn’t feel like they did this for nothing.

My parents saw this diary, now they're talking about “the old times all the time.” They're also saying, “I bought you that journal when Minecraft was around”. Now Minecraft is a forgotten game, that no one plays anymore.

Well, I got to go to sleep now because I must teach some middle schoolers the scientific method tomorrow.

Day 2 of Writing in this Diary

I have a little free time before I start teaching at this school. So, I decided to write here again.

My sleep was blissful, and the pillow was as cold as a winter day. The breeze was freezing, so I had my huge blanket over me, and my dog named Athena sleeping right next to me. The room and streets were nice and quiet, even though I live by a highway, and it was eerie but nice at the same time.

Anyways I should get going to teach at this school called Cholla Middle School.

Someone named Lily (which by the look of it was a Marvel nerd) asked me a weird question today “Would I be able to have the power to shrink or grow at will like Antman or Pym particles?”

That got me thinking, would I be able to? I probably shouldn’t look that hard into it because it was just a silly question.

I also found this jar filled with what seemed like gas behind an Andromeda Strain poster. Which was a great horror movie by the way.

I also need to try to research the gas and the question of being able to turn to the size of an ant and grow me back into my normal size before it gets too late.

Discovery 1: The gas seems to be trying to get out, I don’t know why though.

Discovery 2: I may have maybe found a way to shrink myself and maybe grow... not sure on the growing part.

Discovery 3: I tested a little bit of the gas on the ant, and it seemed to make the ant go insane and start killing its comrades that I put in there. I should probably give this to an actual scientist that knows how to deal with this kind of stuff tomorrow.

First, I need to go back to school because they want me back to teach. Even though I don’t want to, but my mom’s eyes are watching over my every step and I can finally fulfill her dream of me being a teacher.

I also should get to sleep its 2:00 AM.
