The policy and documents on this page explain the procedures to consider a flexible working request. This policy applies to everyone at Travelodge.
Requests can only be made for permanent changes to working arrangements. If you receive a flexible working request for a temporary changes, please speak to your ER Advisor.

Remember to speak to your ER Advisor about any flexible working requests you recieve, they will guide you through the process and advise on how best to come to an agreement with colleagues wishing to adjust their working patterns.
