The main idea that I had for the zoomed shoe drawing was to add as much color to every different part of the piece. I really wanted to make it look very funky and fun. The zoomed part of the shoe was really boring and bland and I wanted to make the final piece look nothing like what it started with looking. I tried to make it look as creative as possible.

I started by using a pencil to draw out everything that I wanted to be on the piece. I then went over each line with a sharpie pen. After everything was outlined and I erased the pencil lines, I darkly went over the lines with colored pencils. Then I colored most of the white space with whatever color made sense for that section. A lot of the colors are generally not supposed to be there.

I had no expectations for this piece, I just went with the flow for the whole project. The orange guy wasn't supposed to be orange I originally wanted him to look more like a lighter yellow. Also, I wasn't going to add the little ghosts or the witch to the right side of the page but I wasn't 100% sure what to put in that space and since Halloween was coming up I decided to add those Halloweeny aspects.
