Element of Nature

I made a watering can. It is a small and functional ceramic can that I will use to water my little plants. I layered PC-4 underneath PC-20 to achieve the glaze texture that I did. I wanted it to have sort of a mature/museum-like look to it and I think that the glaze helped with that goal. I liked the idea of making the watering can spout very long and skinny, I felt that it worked with the size and shape of it. I really like the finished product and think it's my favorite thing that I've created this year. It also won first prize in the library art show which I think made me like it more. The only thing that I would've wanted to do differently is that I would have made sure the handle of the can wasn't wonky and was unified in its shape.
