This was my first time in the darkroom this year. I did remember a bit from last year. I remembered the developer, stop, and fix. I remembered that we put it in the dryer after we were done. We took cameras during class to take pictures on film. I kind of remembered how to load the camera which was helpful. I took a while to take my photos becasue I wanted all of them to be really good images. Some of them didn't come out the way I wanted but they all still turned out. This was the first role of film of mine that all of my images turned out. When we were done taking photos we did all the stuff to wrap it around the spool and put it in the container to develop it. It was a lot easier than I remembered. After all of our film was developed we took it to the dark room to create images. We had to make 2-4 images in any size we wanted. I chose a smaller size and I think I may make all of my prints in that size this year. I think that the normal size is too big and I like the way the smaller one has a clean border and it just looks better in my opinion. Before we made our final prints we had to make a contact sheet and test strips. I think all of my images came out very strong and look really good. My favorite is the one of the flag because it's darker and simple.
