This project was definitely a challenge because it was so small that I couldn't really use my sewing machine, which ment i had to sew it by hand. I wanted to create a small plush of a fish. I did this all myself, so the first step was to sketch out the parts to the size I wanted. I sketched the body and two fins. I then cut out the paper pieces and cut around them on an old blanket. I then took my needle and thread and sewed the right sides together until I got to the tail fins. Once I got there, I flipped it right-side out and stuffed the body with scrap fabric and then sewed the tail together. I then sewed the fins onto the bottom of the plush with the fins facing up, so when it was put normal or facing down the way I wanted it to, the seam would be hidden. I repeated that with each fin. My final step was to take some blue thread and embroider on an eye.
Overall Im ok with how this project turned out. It's not amazing, but it's decent. I probably won't do this project again. It wasn't one of my favorites.
