Covid-19

Artist Statement;

For our final project this year, we were asked to create a piece that reflected on the coronavirus that has and continues to affect the world. For my project I decided to draw a mask and within each fold of the mask I wrote all of the months in 2020 so far that the coronavirus has affected us. After writing the months, I drew a little symbol or picture to represent important things that have happened throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

Although my project is very simple, I feel like it still says a lot and shows a lot even within the little tiny detail it was provided. I feel like this could be used as a way to keep track of, or almost journal the important things/marks that we have made this year regarding covid-19.
