The main idea that guided me through this artwork was linear perspective. This was where I had to draw interior designs. I started with a rectangle then I had to make a vanishing point and see where my shapes that I was drawing met my vanishing point. You could basically had to take a picture of a room in the FHS high school and recreate by drawing and coloring it on a big piece of paper.

The materials that I used include graphite and colored pencils on a big sheet of printmaking paper.

The process for creating this artwork was I first had to know what linear perspective was and I had to try to my knowledge of what it meant and put it on paper.  The next step was to learning interior perspective was practicing and putting it on paper. I then watched a youtube tutorial to learn about how to do linear perspective in art class. I decided to first make the interior perspective of a small living room. My final step was to do a perspective of the school.  I first started with the outline of the room that I was drawing then once I was done with outline I colored in the photo and decided to use different colors to make the room look different. I had trouble with this drawing at first but I had to recreate the room as best as I could.
