November 7, 2025
I hope you and your families are doing well and enjoying the start of a new month. As the days grow colder, we want to ensure all students feel comfortable and ready to learn. Please remind your child to dress warmly and, if wearing a jacket or sweatshirt, that it is St. Michael’s outerwear. Thank you for helping us uphold our school standards with care and consistency.
I’d also like to ask for your support in helping students arrive at school on time each morning. A smooth and calm start to the day truly makes a difference; it allows students to settle in, feel prepared, and be fully present in their learning. We understand mornings can be busy for families, and we appreciate your continued partnership in encouraging routines that set students up for success.
We also have much to celebrate as a community. Our Lady Horsemen Girls Soccer Team will be competing for the State Championship in Albuquerque this Friday against Bosque High School at UNM. We are incredibly proud of the heart, sportsmanship, and commitment our student-athletes display on and off the field. Please join me in keeping them in your prayers and cheering them on. Go Lady Horsemen and Go Horsemen!
Thank you for the many ways you support St. Michael’s, through your trust, your encouragement, and your involvement. It is a blessing to walk with our students and families as we continue forming young people of faith, integrity, and excellence.
Wishing you and your loved ones a safe and peaceful week.
Yours in Christ,
Martin C. Sandoval

Parents, please do not block the student drop off in the morning, especially as we get closer to the start of school. This creates a back up in the parking lot and causes students to be tardy. Thanks for your help!
Now that is getting darker, please remind your students to be aware of their surroundings when they are leaving practices and activities.

Let us remember . . .
We pray, Lord, to be light to those in darkness,
To build sustainable communities wherever we find ourselves,
To be hope for those without,
To stand in solidarity with those on the margins,
To recognize the inherent human dignity of each person, no matter the circumstance,
To discern how to be our best selves in the midst of a chaotic world –
To embrace our identity as Lasallians without limits.
Live Jesus in our hearts . . .
