Dear Parents,
Graduation week is the best time of the year. It is the time when we celebrate the culmination of all the hard work, dedication, and perseverance our seniors put forth to earn their high school diplomas. On Tuesday we began celebrating our seniors with a beautiful senior mass. It was wonderful to see our proud seniors begin to leave their legacy and pass the torch to the class of 2026. On Wednesday we honored our seniors and their many accomplishments at our Senior Recognition Ceremony. Our seniors are nothing short of amazing and will be very successful in college and beyond. Today’s graduation ceremony was beautiful and the perfect way to send our seniors off on their own as they prepare to attend college and begin their adult lives. Congratulations class of 2025!
On Thursday we celebrated our eighth grade class with a really nice promotion ceremony as they are set to transition from middle school to high school. They are prepared for the academic challenges and increased responsibilities that come with high school. We are excited to see what this class continues to accomplish over the next four years. They will do great!
Underclassmen final exams begin on Monday. It is very important that students prepare adequately for these finals and do their absolute best. As the school year concludes on Thursday, students are reminded that inappropriate behavior such as water guns, water balloons, and shaving cream will not be tolerated. Consequences will be administered and carried over into next school year for such behavior. Your support in reminding students of this is greatly appreciated. Final report cards will be posted on OnBoard no later than 5:00 pm on May 30th.
Congratulations to our 17 students who were inducted into the Spanish National Honor Society on Monday and the 6 students inducted into the French National Honor Society on Thursday! Congratulations also to both the boys and girls track teams for winning state yet again!
A special thank you to all the parents, faculty, staff, alumni, Parent Association, and community members who decorated the Tipton Center for our end of year events and helped with senior event planning and refreshments etc. to make graduation week and our many end of year celebrations such a wonderful experience for our students.
St. Michael’s High School is such a special place and continues to be incredibly successful because of your support. Go Horsemen!
Yours in Christ,
Martin C. Sandoval, Principal

A Prayer for Graduates
Lord, we thank you for the journey of these graduates. We celebrate their dedication, hard work, and the milestones they have achieved. We give thanks for the guidance, support, and love that have helped them reach this moment.
We ask for your continued blessings as they embark on their next chapter. May they remember the lessons learned, the friendships forged, and the faith that has sustained them.
Guide them with your wisdom (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they trust in your leading and make choices that reflect your love and purpose (Psalm 119:105).
May they be an inspiration and a blessing to others (1 Timothy 4:12). Help them to use their talents and abilities to serve and make a positive impact in the world (2 Corinthians 9:8).
Lord, be with them always. Give them peace, joy, and strength to face whatever challenges they may encounter. May they always know that you are with them, guiding their steps and loving them unconditionally (Jeremiah 29:11).
Amen.
Live Jesus in our hearts . . .
