House rules for "Winds of Freeport" are collected here.

Books Used

Besides the Core Rulebook, I will be allowing races, classes, feats, traits, spells, magic items, etc., from these additional sources on a case-by-case basis: Advanced Player's Guide, Advanced Race Guide, Adventurer's Armory, Animal Archive, Pirates of the Inner Sea, and Freeport: The City of Adventure.

Character Creation

The Character Creation page gives details on ability scores, starting level, races, and classes used in "Winds of Freeport."

Skills

Use the standard Core Rulebook skills list. See Freeport Skills for new languages available to those trained in the Linguistics skill.

Feats

All standard Core Rulebook feats are available, as are most new feats from the Advanced Player's Guide and Advanced Race Guide. New Feats gives a small selection from other sources that I have already approved for PC use. Other feats must be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Most new feats from Freeport: The City of Adventure are available, except for those involving Insanity Points or Forbidden Lore, which are not used in this campaign.
