Francis Bryan is the "Master of the Workhouse" at the time of the 1911 census, living with his wife and 3 children. There are 22 "servants" including a "labour mistress (vagrants)" and a "labour master (vagrants) ". There are 257 inmates in total (180 men and 77 women) of whom 30 are described as "casual inmates" (24 men and 6 women).
