The NPC Codex does not give stat blocks for paladin mounts. This affects the 7th, 9th, 12th, 14th, and 16th level paladins (pp. 115-123). Suggested stat blocks have been given here to remedy this omission. The listed gear was taken from the mounts' masters' equipment lists.
The 7th-level dog mount below was advanced from the 3rd-level dog (p. 300). The 9th-level horse mount was advanced from the 6th-level horse (p. 301). The 12th- and 14th-level horse mounts were advanced from the 10th-12th-level horse (p. 303), and added the celestial template. The 16th-level horse mounts uses the 16th-level horse (p. 306) but changes some feats and adds the celestial template.
