AGE Explorations: Freeport Backgrounds (follow the link for the Green Ronin Online Store page) was designed for the Dragon Age RPG rules before the release of Fantasy AGE, but can be adapted to that later system with only a little effort.
The first iteration of this material appeared in Kobold Quarterly as Freeport Backgrounds for Dragon Age. Follow that link for errata for that version.
p. 2, [introduction]: Fantasy AGE includes rules for half-races: Choose which race [background, in Dragon Age] is dominant, and use that race's benefits, except that one of the two random rolls is made on the other race's table instead.
p. 3, Dwarf Tradesman: Add the following bullet point:
Your Speed is equal to 8 + Dexterity (minus armor penalty of applicable).
p. 3, Gnome Artisan: Add the following bullet point:
Your Speed is equal to 8 + Dexterity (minus armor penalty of applicable).

Fantasy AGE Conversions
Green Ronin plans to release an AGE Freeport Companion at some future date. Until then, I have the following suggestions for adapting this material to Fantasy AGE:
For the Azhar Wanderer, read "Cunning" as "Intelligence", and replace "+1 Magic" with "+1 Willpower".
For the Goblin Sneak, read "Cunning" as "Intelligence".
For the Hobgoblin Tough, read "Cunning" as "Intelligence" and "Strength (Spears)" as "Fighting (Spears)".
Replace the dwarf, gnome, halfling, human, and orc background with the corresponding races from the Fantasy AGE Basic Rulebook.
For elves, either use the elf race in the Fantasy AGE Basic Rulebook for all subraces, or adapt the High Elf and Sea Elf as new subraces. In the latter case, read "Cunning" as "Intelligence" and "Dexterity (Bows)" as "Accuracy (Bows)", and replace the high elf's "+1 Magic" with "+1 Willpower". The Basic Rulebook's elf can be used for wood elves, the third major subrace on the Continent.
