[Note: I have not attempted to vet every stat block in this book. However, I have provided commentary where I found errors upon a cursory reading or while calculating skill points for the Familiars (NPC Codex) page.]

Introduction (p. 4)

Chapter 1: Core Classes (p. 7)
p. 9, Paladin: No stat blocks are given for mounts. This affects the 7th, 9th, 12th, 14th, and 16th level paladins (pp. 115-123). See Paladin Mounts (NPC Codex) for suggested stat blocks.
p. 9, Wizard: The text here explains why familiar stat blocks have not been provided. This affects the 1st, 5th, 7th-11th, and 17th-18th level wizards (p. 178-193), as well as the 1st-level sorcerer (p. 160), the 2nd-10th level adepts (pp. 244-249), and Seoni, the iconic sorcerer (pp. 294-295). See Familiars (NPC Codex) for stat blocks.
p. 38, Lion Tamer: Under Gnome Spell-Like Abilities, CL should be 15th and concentration +21.
p. 39, Spellsword: Replace one of this feats with Martial Weapon Proficiency (elven curve blade), which he must take before Improved Critical or Weapon Focus.
p. 43, Doomsayer: Under Feats, insert "(scythe)" after "Martial Weapon Proficiency".
p. 71, Castaway: Under Other Gear, "+1 darkwood heavy steel shield" should be "+1 darkwood heavy wooden shield".
p. 73, Fury of Flame: Under Roleplaying Suggestions, "asking" should be "asks".
p. 132, Swampwalker: This NPC's illustration includes a shark, but he has has no animal companion. If encountered in a saltwater marsh, substitute an animal companion for the companions hunter's bond. His effective druid level is 6th. Advance the (4th-level) shark on p. 300 accordingly:
AC 20, touch 12, flat-footed 18 (+2 Dex, +78 natural)
hp 51 (6d8+24)
Fort +11, Ref +7, Will +3; +4 to Will saves vs. enchantments
Melee bite +9 (1d6+6)
Base Atk +4; CMB +8, CMD 20
Feats [add one feat]
Skills Perception +10, Swim +12
SQ tricks [add one trick]
p. 160, Mercenary Magician: Knowledge (local) is not a class skill. Either change the skill modifier to +2 [1, 1 Int] or change the skill to Knowledge (arcana), which is a class skill.
p. 178, Cautious Mage: Add "Appraise +6" to Skills [0, 3 Int, 3 familiar].
p. 181, Tribal Seer: The illustration shows her with a hawk familiar, but her stat block gives her a bonded object instead.
p. 182, Thunder Wizard: Base Statistics should read, "Without mage armor and protection from arrows, the wizard's statistics are AC 15, touch 15, flat-footed 12; DR none."
He should have [(2 +3 Int) x 7 =] 35 skill ranks but has only been given 34:
Bluff +6 [5, 1 Cha]
Knowledge (arcana) +13 [7, 3 class skill, 3 Int]
Knowledge (dungeoneering) +9 [3, 3 class skill, 3 Int]
Knowledge (engineering) +7 [1, 3 class skill, 3 Int]
Knowledge (planes) +8 [2, 3 class skill, 3 Int]
Perception +10 [5, 1 Wis, 2 race, 2 Alertness]
Spellcraft +13 [7, 3 class skill, 3 Int]
Stealth +10 [3, 3 Dex, 4 size]
Use Magic Device +5 [1, 3 class skill, 1 Cha]
p. 183, Seductive Enchanter: She has [(2 +4 Int) x 8 =] 54 skill ranks, which adds up properly.
Acrobatics +8 [5, 3 Dex]
Bluff +9 [5, 1 Cha, 3 familiar]
Diplomacy +6 [5, 1 Cha]
Knowledge (arcana) +15 [8, 3 class skill, 4 Int]
Knowledge (local, nobility) +11 [4, 3 class skill, 4 Int] (= 8 skill ranks)
Perception +9 [8, -1 Wis, 2 race]
Perform (dance) +4 [3, 1 Cha]
Sense Motive +3 [4, -1 Wis]
Spellcraft +15 (+17 identify magic item properties) [8, 3 class skill, 4 Int (2 race)]
She has +2 hp from favored class bonuses, and none added to skills, leaving her with 6 levels' worth of unused bonuses. Add 6 hit points or skill ranks to correct this.
p. 185, Prankster Illusionist: She should have [(2 +4 Int) x 10 =] 60 skill ranks, but has been given 61. (The bonus skill ranks from his headband balance out the same as if his Int was naturally 20.)
Acrobatics +7 (+3 jumps) [5, 2 Dex (-4 speed)]
Appraise +12 [2, 3 class skill, 4 Int, 3 familiar]
Craft (sculptures) +14 [5, 3 class skill, 4 Int, 2 race]
Fly +12 [5, 3 class skill, 2 Dex, 2 size]
Knowledge (arcana) +17 [10, 3 class skill, 4 Int]
Knowledge (geography, local, nature) +10 [3, 3 class skill, 4 Int] (= 9 skill ranks)
Perception +9 [5, 2 Wis, 2 race]
Perform (oratory) +6 [5, 1 Cha]
Spellcraft +17 [10, 3 class skill, 4 Int]
Stealth +11 [5, 2 Dex, 4 size]
That extra point comes from her favored class bonuses. She has only used 7 out of 10 levels' worth of these bonuses (+1 skill point, +6 hp), leaving 4 levels' worth unused. Give her 4 additional skill ranks or hit points.
Chapter 2: Prestige Classes (p. 198)
p. 211, Fatal Axe: Under During Combat, "bleeding strike: should be "bleeding attack".
p. 219, Master Duelist: Under hp, the bonus hp from Con and Toughness are too high; this line should read, "hp 214 (10d10+10d10+100)".
Under Feats, Weapon Specialization requires Weapon Focus, which does not appear on his list. Change one of his feats to correct this.
p. 223, Mithral Wizard: The illustration shows her with a hawk familiar, but her stat block gives her a bonded object instead.
p. 230, Death Master: Add "Defensive Abilities freedom of movement". Under Base Statistics, add "Defensive Abilities none".
The illustration shows him with a snake (companion or familiar?) but his arcane bond is a bonded object.
p. 231, Holy Battle Mage: Add "see invisibility" to Senses. Under Base Statistics, add "Senses darkvision 60 ft."
Chapter 3: NPC Classes (p. 242)
p. 244, Shaman: He should have [(2 +0 Int) x 2 =] 4 skill points, but has been given 6.
Heal +9 [4, 3 class skill, 2 Wis]
Intimidation +2 [0, 0 Cha, 2 race]
Knowledge (religion) + 5 [2, 3 class skill, 0 Int]
His favored class bonuses have been been applied to hit points. The easiest fix is to reduce hp by 2, changing those bonuses to +2 skill ranks.
p. 245, Initiate: He should have [(2, -1 Int, +1 human) x 3 =] 6 skill rnaks, but has been given 9.
Knowledge (arcana, local, planes) + [1, 3 class skill, -1 Int] (= 3 skill ranks)
Knowledge (religion) + [3, 3 class skill, -1 Int]
Spellcraft +5 [3, 3 class skill, -1 Int]
His favored class bonuses have been applied as +3 hp. Fix the skill rank deficit by reducing hp by 3.
p. 248, Healer: Her Heal modifier should be +17 at maximum skill ranks for her level, not +19. She should have [(2, +1 Int) x 9 =] 27 skill ranks, or 36 with +9 favored class bonus, but has been given 40.
Appraise +3 (-1 when jumping) [0, 1 Dex (-4 speed)]
Appraise +4 [3, 1 Int]
Climb +0 [0, -2 Str, 2 race]
Heal +17 [9, 3 class skill, 2 Wis, 3 feat]
Knowledge (local) +8 [4, 3 class skill, 1 Int]
Knowledge (nature) +13 [9, 3 class skill, 1 Int]
Linguistics +3 [2, 1 Int]
Perception +4 [0, 2 Wis, 2 race]
Profession (herbalist) +14 [9, 3 class skill, 2 Wis]
Survival +8 [4, 3 class skill, 2 Wis]
p. 249, Cultist: Under During Combat, she only has one touch spell prepared (bestow curse).
p. 256, Beggar: His Perform (wind) skill is +1 [1 rank, 0 Cha].
p. 263, Wise Sage: Knowledge (arcana) and Knowledge (nature, planes) have the same modifier, so should be combined.
Chapter 4: Iconic Characters (p. 273)
p. 275, Ezren (Wizard): Delete "of" at the start of the third line.
pp. 276-277, Amiri, Iconic Barbarian: Under 1st-level stats, add "Str 22, Con 18" to Raging Statistics.
pp. 294-295, Seoni, Iconic Sorcerer: No stats are given for her lizard familiar Dragon. (See the note on wizards and familiars on p. 9.)
